From the initial phone consultation all the way to the big day when we’re serving your wedding cake, the process will be an enjoyable one where we get to know and understand your wedding day vision, conduct an intimate tasting to finalize the menu, walkthrough the venue space, and everything in between.
Whether you’re wanting a “micro-wedding” with 20 guests in the middle of nowhere (we’ve done it!) or a large-scale, 5-course wedding menu, we can help with all of it. Fresh, seasonal food is at the heart of every ESSEN event. We partner with local purveyors to provide the freshest, farm-to-table dining experience. Our team aims to re-tell your love story through food. If there’s a specific food that reminds you both of your first date, we can create custom menu items inspired by your love story. Tell us everything you’re envisioning and we will make it happen.
Wedding Bar Service
Our skilled and trained TABC-certified bartenders are ready to whip up the best cocktails at your wedding celebration. Whether you want to keep things simple with your favorite beers and wines or create custom, specialized cocktails to represent you both, our team has the skills and training to execute. Our cocktail menus are designed by a veteran mixologist with 12+ years of bartending experience in the bar scene. Everything form an old fashioned all the way to a frothy cocktail shaken with egg whites… we can do it!
